Small Urushi Plate - Brick

Every of his creation starts with the piece of wood in its natural state. His rich lacquer layering technique is what that sets him apart from other craftsmen. He is able to create surfaces that reflect minerals, landscapes, rocks or metal. Not one piece is the same; even the season, temperature, and humidity when the lacquer was applied will affect the end result.

7.25" diameter. Plate sits 3/4" from table.

Clean with a soft sponge and gentle detergent. Do not soak. Do not use dishwasher or microwave.
