SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Residents of Kansas will pay a state tax on their purchase (6.5%).
Packages are shipped through USPS and UPS.
Asiatica is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. For these issues, you are responsible for filing the appropriate claim with shipment carriers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, a customs duty will be charged to you depending on the country in which you reside. Asiatica is not responsible for payment of this duty.
We must adhere to all international import/export laws and therefore cannot claim a shipment to be a gift, nor can we change the value of an order on commercial invoices.
