Dear Friends, 

This year it's hard to believe we're celebrating our 39th holiday season, just on the eve of our 40-Year Anniversary. The remarkable durability of our unique business is due to you — our devoted customers and fans, and I want to thank you for your loyalty and support. I could never have imagined that following our own path in the difficult business world would find the resonance that it has over this long time.

As usual, we're sending you a series of holiday emails which will begin this Friday. This past summer on our trip to Japan we found incredible inspiration at every turn and snapped away, so this year we hope you'll share that inspiration with us with the images we're sending and we hope they'll tempt you to purchase something for your friends, family or yourself.

Those of you who will be in New York City between December 1 and 10 will be welcomed with open arms at the Hotel Lombardy.
